Hard rubbish is now collected on the same as your regular bin collection day. If you are booking a hard rubbish collection, you must lodge your request by 11.58pm the previous day.

If you are booking a bundled branch collection contact should only be from you to Council if items have not been collected after 4 working days from the day you book/place items out.

Both these services are pre-booked on call collections.

General enquiry . . . When making a request please ensure that you provide all relevant facts, and where possible include dates, times, locations and contact names.

If your matter is of an urgent nature where there is a risk to the safety of people or property, contact us on 9524 3333.

Waste and recycling enquiry . . . Book hard rubbish, bulk cardboard or bundled branch collections (up to 3 of each type every financial year for residential properties)

Report Dumped Rubbish

Report a missed collection if your council bin was missed on the collection day (check you have the right week first and there is not a sticker notice on your bin)

Report damage to your council bin that needs a repair or replacement (we do not replace bins in good working order)

Traffic and Parking enquiry . . . Report a vehicle that you believe is breaching the road rules relevant to parking.

Animal enquiry . . . Report your missing pet, request a cat cage or request a replacement registration tag for your cat or dog.

Civic compliance enquiry . . . Report a derelict vehicle, an overhanging tree onto the footpath or laneway, a complaint regarding a building site or an unsightly property.
